I can't see the delivery date picker on my product page
Troubleshoot why the Flare delivery date picker isn’t showing on your Shopify product page. Follow these simple checks to get the calendar displaying exactly where you want it.

If the calendar isn’t visible after running Flare’s setup flow, it usually means one of three things:
- The wrong block (or no block) is in the product template.
- Automatic positioning is conflicting with theme code.
- Another block, app embed, or third-party date app is hiding the picker.
Run through the steps below—each fix takes seconds in the Shopify Theme Editor.
🛠 Troubleshooting checklist
1 | Confirm Flare setup completed
- Open Flare → Setup and make sure Add to Theme step shows as completed.
2 | Check if the App block is in your product page template
- Go to Online Store → Themes → Customize.
- Navigate to your Default product template.
- Verify that the "Product Page Date Picker" block appears in the left hand side editor.
3 | Check the Product Page Date Picker block
- In the left sidebar, look for Product Page Date Picker.
- Delete any blocks named Cart Page Date Picker or other duplicates.
- Block missing?
- Click Add block → Apps → Product Page Date Picker.
- The date picker should appear (usually above the Add to cart button).
4 | Disable dynamic positioning (optional)
- Select the block and toggle Enable Dynamic Block Positioning → Off.
- Drag & drop the picker exactly where you want it (commonly just above the buy buttons).
5 | Remove duplicate blocks
- Only one Product Page Date Picker block should exist. Delete extras.
6 | Turn off the Slide-cart app embed
- In the Theme Editor, click App embeds (top left).
- Find SLIDE CART Date Picker and toggle it Off—this embed is only for slide-cart calendars.
- Save.
7 | Disable any other delivery-date apps
- Uninstall or disable legacy date-picker apps that could inject conflicting code.
8 | Save & test
- Click Save in the Theme Editor.
- Reload a product page in a fresh browser tab or incognito window.

Can I move the picker below variant selectors?
Yes—disable Automatic positioning and drag the block wherever you like.
Do I need to turn off the Slide-cart embed forever?
Only if you’re not using the slide-cart date picker. You can enable it later for cart-drawer calendars.
