How to Set the Earliest Delivery Date a Customer Can Choose
Learn how to set the earliest available delivery date a customer can select in the Flare delivery date picker for your Shopify store.

🛠Step-by-step instructions
- If you are still in the setup flow:
- Open the Flare app from your Shopify admin
- Complete Step 1: Add the date picker to your theme
- In Step 2, you'll see calendar configuration settings
- Under
Choose earliest delivery date
, set the number of days delay (e.g.0
for same-day) - Watch the calendar preview on the right hand side update in real time
- Click Next and finish setup
If you’ve already completed setup:
- Open the Flare app from your Shopify admin
- Navigate to the Calendar Configuration page (bottom left of the app)
- Find the
Earliest delivery date
field - Set the number of days delay (e.g.
0
for same-day) - Confirm changes using the live calendar preview
- Click Save in the top right
✅ Example: If today is June 1 and you set it to 2, the customer’s first selectable date will be June 3

- Want to enable same-day delivery? Set the value to
0
. Customers will be able to choose today’s date
